Lean Turkey Meatloaf
- 1 lb lean turkey
- 1/2 cup of yellow onion
- 3 handfuls of baby spinach
- chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup of sodium free tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of gluten free flour (almond/coconut/bread crumbs are fine as well)
- Organic catchup
- oregano, himalayan sea salt and pepper
Process:
- Add onion, garlic and spinach to a pan and sautee until the spinach is wilted
- Mix onion, garlic, spinach, into ground turkey
- Stir in 1/2 cup of sodium free tomato sauce
- Add tbsp of gluten free flour
- Sprinkle with oregano, sea salt and pepper
- Form into a loaf in a bread baking pan
- top with organic tomato sauce or BBQ if your prefer
- Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour
